In order to arouse young people's interest in technology at an early age, Evonik New Energies GmbH works together with schools with the aim of giving school subjects a more practical basis. Through the close links between the measures and the industrial working environment, it is hoped that pupils will develop more attention and interest for natural sciences and technology. The focus is on the one hand on offering teachers technical, methodological and subject matter support, and on the other on practical measures such as visits to power plants, information events for career guidance, work placements for school pupils etc. Within the scope of our work placements as well as study projects and degree dissertations, we guarantee intensive supervision and support. Placements are possible in all power plants and departments: Saarbrücken, Bexbach, Völklingen-Fenne, Völklingen-Luisenthal, Quierschied-Weiher |
